Buyer Protection

Warranty is supplied with all items sold by Control Devices Australia Pty Ltd. Warranty commences from the date of purchase and not the manufacturing date. Warranty is for twelve (12) months against manufacturing defects. Warranty is not included for incorrect application, incorrect installation nor for over-voltage or over-current applied to the goods.

Most goods supplied by Control Devices Australia Pty Ltd are low current devices. Goods supplied by Control Devices Australia Pty Ltd must be installed by suitably qualified personnel. Suitably qualified personnel include people that have obtained Australian recognised Trade Certification, Diploma or Degree in the electrical and/or electronics sciences.

In the unlikely event that goods supplied are incorrect, Control Devices Australia Pty Ltd will accept returned goods provided;

1. The part number does not match the Control Devices Australia Pty Ltd invoice and delivery note,
2. The goods remain in the original packaging and unopened

Control Devices Australia Pty Ltd will exchange the incorrectly supplied goods with the correct goods.
